脾脏血管内皮肉瘤1例超声表现
摘要
1病例资料患者女,73岁。2010年1月26日因自感左上腹疼痛、有摩擦感、伴贫血、消瘦而来我科B超常规检查。检查项目：肝脏、胆囊、胰腺、脾脏、双肾。检查结果：肝脏、胆囊、胰腺、未见异常。左肾上极见一1.3cm×1.2cm液性暗区。发现左上腹脾脏明显弥漫性肿大：厚度5.2cm,最大斜径14.9cm。脾脏组织光点回声明显增粗不均匀,脾脏回声偏低,内部布满大小不等的无包膜、
