摘要
根据引物筛选结果,选出9个均可用SSR引物RM17检测纯度的两系杂交稻品种,通过室内鉴定判断品种间的分子学差异。同时通过田间正季鉴定判断品种间的植物学特征差异,探讨SSR引物的分辨力和可靠性。结果表明,当遗传背景较近的品种相互混杂时,用单对引物不能有效区分。
According to primer sorting results,seeds of 9 two-line hybrid rice varieties of which the purity could be detected by SSR marker RM17 were chosen to identify their molecular differences by laboratory tests.At the same time,the discretion and dependability of SSR methods was evaluated by the morphological and biological differences in the field.It was concluded that varieties with similar genetic background could not be distinguished by only one pair of primer.
