摘要
采用盆栽试验研究了尿素、氯化铵、碳酸氢铵3种氮肥对小白菜(Brassica chinensis)硝酸盐含量的影响。结果表明,不同氮肥对小白菜硝酸盐的累积表现出不同的促进作用,其中氯化铵对小白菜硝酸盐的累积促进作用最大,其次是尿素,而经碳酸氢铵处理的小白菜硝酸盐含量最低。移栽10 d和20 d后,施用氯化铵的小白菜硝酸盐含量分别达到2 833.3 mg/kg和6 184.7 mg/kg,而施用碳酸氢铵的则分别是1 632.1 mg/kg和4 012.5 mg/kg。
A pot experiment was carried out to study the effects of urea,ammonium chloride and ammonium bicarbonate on accumulation of nitrate in Brassica chinensis.The results showed that different nitrogen fertilizers could effectively promote the accumulation of nitrate in B.chinensis.Aplication of ammonium chloride increased the nitrate content most while bicarbonate the least among the three nitrogen fertilizers.After been transplanted for 10 and 20 days,the nitrate content in B.chinensis was 2 833.3 mg/kg and 6 184.7 mg/kg by application of ammonium chloride,while was 1 632.1 mg/kg and 4 012.5 mg/kg by application of bicarbonate.
