土壤含水量对火柴头种子萌发及后代对不同颜色膜覆盖应答反应

摘要 为了探讨不同土壤含水量对火柴头(Commelina bengalensis L.)种子萌发和不同颜色地膜覆盖对火柴头生长的影响,通过室内种子萌发试验和对火柴头地下种子后代的幼苗茎节色膜覆盖,结果表明,土壤含水量低于10%或高于35%将抑制火柴头种子萌发。同一种颜色地膜对不同类型的种子后代植株生长与繁殖方式的影响不同。同一种类型的种子,其后代植株生长与繁殖方式对不同颜色地膜的应答反应不同,其中蓝色和黑色地膜处理对地下种子后代的株高、地表花枝数、地下花枝数、地表花苞数和地下花苞数有明显的抑制作用,说明蓝色和黑色的地膜覆盖可最大程度限制火柴头生长。 The germination test and colored film covering on plants were conducted to study the effects of soil water content on seed germination of Commelina bengalensis L.and the response of its offspring to film covering with different color.The results showed that the germination of C.bengalensis seeds was inhibited when the soil water content was less than 10% or higher than 35%.The effects of same color of film on plants on different kinds of seeds were different.Furthermore,the responses to film covering with different color of same kind of seeds were also different.When covered with blue or black film,the plant height,surface and underground reproductive branches,surface and underground flowers were reduced in plants of underground seeds,indicating that the covering of blue and black film could inhibit the growth of C.bengalensis.
