摘要
以寒富苹果及其亲本东光苹果和富士苹果枝条为试材,对苹果越冬期的生理特性进行了研究。结果表明,自然低温条件下,3个品种苹果枝条中淀粉、蛋白质含量随低温胁迫的加深而增多,可溶性糖含量与淀粉呈相反的变化趋势;3个品种苹果枝条内保护酶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性随着低温胁迫的加深活性逐渐上升,东光的SOD活性在整个处理期间高于其他两个品种。丙二醛(MDA)含量与SOD、POD两种酶活性的变化规律总体上呈一定的相对性。3个品种苹果抗寒性比较结果表明,东光抗寒能力最强,寒富抗寒力居中。
Hanfu apple and its parents were used as material to study their physiological characteristic during the winterring period.Results showed that content of osmotic substances,such as soluble sugar and protein,increased as temperature went down in branches of three apple cultivars,of which the changing trend was contrary to that of starch content.Activity of SOD and POD in three apple cultivars increased with temperature decreasing.SOD activity in Dongguang was higher than that of other cultivars during the whole process.Changing tendency of MDA content was contrary to that of SOD and POD activities to some extent.According to the comparation of the cold resistance of three apple cultivars,cold resistance of Dongguang apple was the strongest among the three apple cultivars,and Hanfu apple the second.
