高压变电站电磁辐射对小鼠血液、肝功能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Electromagnetic Radiation from High-voltage Transmission Lines on Haematological and Liver Function of Mice

摘要 在高压变电站及输电线路实地研究了电磁辐射对小鼠血液及肝功能的影响,结果表明,经过12个月的电磁辐射后,高压变电站内电场试验组小鼠血液中白细胞、血红蛋白和红细胞压积含量较对照组明显增加,而红细胞含量明显下降;丙氨酸转氨酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、γ-谷氨酰转移酶活力明显增加,肝脏SOD活力下降较明显,MDA含量明显增加;肝脏组织病理学切片表明试验组小鼠肝脏受到一定程度损伤。而高压电线电场组小鼠的相应指标与对照组相比也有一定程度的变化。 The haematological and serum parameters,liver pathological changes induced by electromagnetic radiation from high-voltage transmission lines were on-spot studied in the electromagnetic field of high-voltage transmission.The results showed that after 12 hours electromagnetic radiation,the total white blood cell(WBC) number,the hemoglobin content and haematocrit in mice blood at high voltage station were apparently higher than the control group,but the red blood cell(RBC) number were apparently lower.The activity of alamine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and γ-glutamyl transferase(GGT) was increased after electromagnetic radiation.The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in liver was reduced,and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) was also trend to decrease.There was light degeneration in the liver tissue.A certain changes were also observed in such indices of the mice under the electromagnetic from transmission line.
