CaM与PMCA可能参与眼柄切除诱导克氏原螯虾卵巢成熟的早期分子过程 被引量:4

CaM and PMCA might Be Involved in Induction of Procambarus clarkii Ovarian Maturation by Eyestalk Ablation in the Early Molecular Processes

摘要 目前对克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)眼柄切除诱导卵巢成熟的分子机制还很不清楚。借鉴国外最新研究结果,探讨了克氏原螯虾单侧眼柄切除后第1、7、15天体长、体重及卵巢的一系列变化情况,利用实时定量PCR技术比较分析了眼柄切除前、后卵巢组织中钙调蛋白基因(CaM)与质膜Ca2+-ATPase基因(PMCA)的表达情况。结果表明,在克氏原螯虾眼柄切除诱导卵巢成熟的早期分子过程中,钙信号通路可能发挥了重要作用。实验结果为进一步深入研究克氏原螯虾眼柄切除促进卵巢成熟的分子机制积累了研究资料。 The molecular mechanism of induction to Procambarus clarkii ovarian maturation by eyestalk ablation is still unclear.Based on the recent studies,the 1,7 and 15 days body length,weight and ovarian changes in P.clarkii after unilateral eyestalk ablation were explored,and the expression level of calmodulin(CaM) and plasma membrane Ca2+-ATPase genes(PMCA) in ovarian tissues before and after eyestalk ablation were analyzed by using real-time quantitative PCR.The results suggested that the calcium signaling pathway might play an important role in induction of P.clarkii ovarian maturation by eyestalk ablation in the early molecular processes.These data will be helpful for further in-depth studies of eyestalk ablation mechanism to induce ovarian maturation in P.clarkii.
