摘要
稻谷的损伤与破碎除与其受到的内外力的作用有关外,还与其本身的力学性能有关。通过对稻谷进行挤压试验和剪切试验,测得了其力-位移曲线,分析了稻谷的破碎过程。试验研究了稻谷品种和含水率对稻谷力学性能的影响,较全面地获得了稻谷的力学性能指标,可为稻谷的加工处理提供一定的理论依据。
Besides internal and external stress,the injury to rice grains is concerned with mechanical properties.The force-deformation curve of rice kernel was measured by the shear test and compression test.Some phenomena that occurred in the tests were described.The influence of different varieties and moisture content on mechanical properties of rice kernel was determined respectively.The mechanical properties indexes of rice kernel were obtained by the tests fairly comprehensively.The theoretical basis was improved for processing of rice kernel.
