河北省新型城镇化建设可持续发展研究

Research on Sustainable Development of New Urban Construction in Hebei

城镇化是人口持续向城镇集聚的过程,是世界各国工业化进程中必然经历的历史阶段,是落后的农业国向现代化工业国转变的必由之路。持续推进城镇化建设,是解决"三农"问题、建设社会主义新农村、实现城乡一体化的重要举措。分析河北省城镇化建设过程中存在的问题,并从制度创新、科学规划、产业支撑3个方面提出城镇化建设可持续发展的对策。

Urbanization,the process of population continuously assembling to city and town,is an inevitable historical process of industrialization all over the world,is the only way for the laggard agricultural country transforming to a modern industrial country.Continuously promoting the construction of town to change construction,is important measure for solving the problems of countryside,agriculture and farmer,constructing new socialist countryside,and realizing urban-rural integration.Problems in the urbanization construction process in Hebei province were analyzed;and countermeasures for constructing new and sustainable urbanization were put forward from the aspects of system innovation,scientific planning and industry supporting.
