摘要
在深入分析国内外 TBM掘进工时利用统计资料和经验基础上 ,针对国家重点工程西康铁路秦岭隧道TBM掘进实际 ,从 TBM人员组织、管理水平评价改善及工时利用优化决策等方面 ,深入论述了 TBM掘进工时利用率动态优化系统建立和应用过程。
Based on the analyses of statistic data and experiences on boring operation rate of TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) in home and abroad, according to the actual TBM tunnelling work in the construction of the No.I line of the Qinling Tunnel which was the major engineering project in china, and in view of the TBM staff organization, the evaluation and improvement of its management level, the optimized decision for boring operation, etc, a dynamic optimized system for increasing constantly the TBM boring operation rate has been established and its application procedures are expounded in this paper.
