护士主导家属参与的同伴教育在脑卒中患者康复护理中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨护士主导家属参与的同伴教育在脑卒中患者康复护理中的应用效果。方法将100例脑卒中患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组给予神经内科的常规药物治疗、护理和康复训练治疗,试验组除采用对照组的措施外,同时配合为期3个月的家属参与同伴教育,并对两组患者在治疗前、治疗后3个月,进行日常生活能力(ADL)和肢体运动功能的评定。结果治疗后,两组ADL和肢体运动功能指标均有所改善,但试验组改善优于对照组(p<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论护士主导家属参与的同伴教育,有利于提高脑卒中患者健康行为自我管理,对运动功能恢复和提高生活质量均有重要的作用。
