摘要
为缩短芽菜生产时间,提高芽菜品质,以Al(NO3)3.9H2O溶液、MgCl2.6H2O溶液、GA3溶液和MnSO4.H2O溶液等处理的黑豆种子为试验材料,研究其对黑豆芽菜萌发的影响。结果表明:当浸种浓度为11mg.L-1铝离子、0.8mg.L-1镁离子、20mg.L-1 GA3、10mg.L-1锰离子时黑豆种子的发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数最高。
In order to shorten the sprouts production time, improve the quality of the sprouts, the germination conditions and material contents of the black bean sprouts which were soaked respectively with AI(NO3 )3 ·9H2 O, MgC12 · 6 H2 O, GA3 and MnSO4 · H20 were studied. The results showed that the germination rate, germination index and vigor index were the highest when A1a+ 11 mg-L^-l ,Mg2+ 0. 8 mg.L^-1 ,GA3 20 mg.L^-1 and Mnz+ 10 mg.L^-1.
