摘要
为探讨灌溉方式对烤烟产量及品质等的影响,以烤烟K326为试验材料,在对植株进行严格控水的盆栽条件下,采用同位素示踪和常规技术相结合的试验方法,研究在分根交替灌溉、亏缺灌溉和全灌溉下对烤烟产量和某些化学成分以及水分利用效率的影响,探讨分根交替灌溉提高烤烟产量和品质的生理基础。结果表明:分根交替灌溉的烤烟水分利用率及其抗旱性和生理特性比全灌溉的有显著提高。叶干重、株高和干物质积累量均比亏缺灌溉和全灌溉的增加。烤烟烟叶中可溶性糖含量明显高于亏缺灌溉和全灌溉。这表明分根交替灌溉提高了烤烟烟叶的品质,也节约了灌溉用水。
In order to discuss the effect of irrigation method on the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco, taking the flue-cured tobacco K326 as experimental material, the effects on flue-cured tobacco yield, some chemical compositions and water use efficiency were studied under partial root-zone drying, deficit irrigation and full irrigation using pot experiment. The physiological basis under root-zone drying for improving yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco were discussed. The results showed that flue-cured tobacco water use efficiency, drought resistance and physiology indexes under root-zone drying compared with those under full irrigation had significantly improved. Leaves dry weight, plant height and dry matter accumulation under root-zone drying were higher than those under deficit irrigation or full irrigation. The content of soluble sugar in flue-cured tobacco leaves under root-zone drying was significantly higher than those under deficit irrigation or full irrigation. Those indicated that root-zone drying could improve the quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves and save irrigation water.
