摘要 以冲鹤大桥为背景,阐述预应力混凝土连续薄壁箱梁桥在悬臂施工过程中应力监控的目的、方法及分析结果。目的是使结构达到设计的合理应力,保证施工质量;方法是在主控截面布置应力控制点,进行实时控制;结果是梁体应力在安全范围内并可预计下一阶段构件满足强度要求;结论是通过数据分析,指导了桥梁整体施工过程,拟合了设计方案。 Based on the Chonghe bridge, this paper expounds the purpose arid methods of stress monitoring in the process of cantilever construction for the pre-stressed concrete continuous thin-wailed box girder bridge and the analytical results. The purpose is to make a reasonable structure to meet the designed stress and ensure the quality of the construction. The method is to layout stress control points in the main control section to realize real-time control. The resuh is that the beam stress is within the safety range and can predict the strength satisfaction of the structure in the next stage. It is concluded that through the data analysis, the study can provide guidance for the whole construction process of the bridge and fit the initial design plan.
