摘要
计算机导航系统是精细完成手术的辅助工具,与骨科其他专业中应用计算机导航系统不同,目前没有骨肿瘤专业导航系统,文中就是针对这一弊端,把图像图形处理,空间立体定位、精密机械和骨肿瘤手术结合起来,在设计辅助骨肿瘤切除的计算机导航系统的结构框架中,突出体数据处理与可视化,多模态图像配准和空间配准,以及空间定位技术等关键技术的融合,在对这些技术研究的基础上,设计一套应用于骨肿瘤切除手术的计算机导航系统。并将该导航系统广泛推广到临床,并在改进发展的过程中,研究培养一些熟练掌握计算机导航技术辅助骨科手术的研究人员,突出体现计算机导航系统辅助骨肿瘤切除手术的实用性和临床价值。
the computer navigation system is an aiding tool for delicate operations. Unlike computer-assisted navigation system used in other departments of orthopedics, there is no special navigation system for bone tumor surgeries.This paper is about designing a computer navigation system which can be used in bone tumor resection sugery base on reseach of image and graphics processing, spatial positioning, projection data processing and visualization, multimodality image registration and spatial registration, precision machinery and bone tumor operations. Furthermore, it explores the application of this systerm in bone tumor resection operation and the methology of cultivating relative researchers to improve and develop the system, highlighting its practical and clinical value.
