电力电子并网变换器中锁相环的参数设计

摘要 电力电子并网变换器对电网电压的频率和相位检测有很高的精度和实时性要求,锁相环是实现并网同步运行所需的有效检测方法。通过分别对单相和三相锁相环的线性化近似处理,可以得到简洁的锁相环近似等效结构图,为其中的PI控制器参数整定提供了良好的设计平台。通过仿真和基于DSP的实验平台测试数据表明,根据这样的近似等效结构图设计的PI控制器参数,可以获得很好的锁相环控制效果。 Power electronics grid-connected converters have strict accuracy and real-time requirements on grid volt-age's frequency and phase detection. Phase-locked loop (PLL) is an effective detection method to realize grid synchroni-zation. Simplified structure diagram of single-phase or three-phase PLL can be acquired by linear approximation, which provides a good platform for parameter design of PI controller. Simulations and experiments based on DSP experimental platform show that good PLL control results can be obtained according to the parameters designed by the approximate structure diagram.
