摘要
针对传统RF缆放卷设备控制系统的局限性,从系统的角度建立RF缆放卷系统的T-S模糊模型,设计了放卷系统内模控制器,构建了RF缆放线设备的内模控制系统。实验结果表明,与传统的"变频器+电机"的PID控制比较,文中设计的基于T-S模型的非线性内模控制系统有着更好的控制精度和鲁棒性。
To overcome the limitation of the traditional RF cable bust performance, the internal model control system is built which is payoff control system on the control accuracy and the ro-based on the T-S fuzzy model of RF cable payoff system, the internal model controller (the reversed T-S model) of the payoff system. The test result shows that the new control system has better control accuracy than that of "inverter + motor" PID control system and the new control system is much more ro-bust than before.
