摘要
分析了太阳能沼气利用的技术需求与现状,为实现太阳能在沼气生产中的高效利用,设计了基于MSP430单片机的低功耗温度控制系统。文中分析了沼气发酵的最佳工作温度,设计了以压力传感器和温度传感器为核心的温度控制方案。该系统稳定可靠、低功耗、使用简单,能够满足利用太阳能生产沼气的要求。
This paper analyzes the technology needs and the status about the biogas utilization of solar energy in order to achieve efficient usage of the solar energy in biogas production.The low-power temperature control system based on the MSP430F437 microcontroller is designed.The methane fermentation optimum working temperature is analyzed.The temperature control program is designed.The pressure and the temperature sensors are used as the core.The system is stable,reliable,low power consumption,and simple to use.Also it can meet the requirements of using solar energy to produce biogas.
