猪盖他病诊断方法研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 盖他病是由蚊虫传播的一种虫媒传染病,主要侵害马和猪。随着对猪盖他病毒研究的深入,人们建立了许多用于检测猪盖他病毒的方法。文章综述了动物接种、病毒的分离、免疫酶测定技术、间接血凝试验、血清中和实验、免疫荧光测定、琼脂扩散试验及分子生物学方法等,便于我们今后的研究。
