竹节参总皂苷的抗肿瘤作用和毒性研究 被引量:12

摘要 为评价竹节参总皂苷对移植性H22荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤抑制作用和对其免疫系统的毒性,用SPF级雄性小鼠接种肝癌H22瘤株建立移植性肝癌H22小鼠模型,观察不同剂量的竹节参总皂苷对移植性H22荷瘤小鼠给药12d后的抑瘤率、小鼠体重和免疫器官指数.结果表明:40,80,160 mg/kg竹节参总皂苷对移植性H22荷瘤小鼠的抑制率分别为30.7%,38.6%,48%,竹节参总皂苷能增加H22荷瘤小鼠小鼠体重,但对其免疫系统无明显毒性.说明竹节参总皂苷具有较显著的抗肿瘤作用,可成为抗癌新药. To evaluate the antitumor effects of total saponins from Panax japonicus and its toxicity on immuse systems in mice transplanted with Hepatocarcinoma H22 cells,SPF male mice of Hepatocarcinoma H22 tumor model was made through H22 cells inoculation.The total saponins of 40,80,160 mg/kg of Panax japonicus were administrated to H22 tumor bearing mice to get tumor inhibitory ratio,mice weight,immune organ weight and immune index.The results showed that total saponins Panax japonicus had significant antitumor effect on the growth of H22 tumor in mice.Its inhibitory rate was 30.7%,38.6% and 48% respectively.And it could obviously increase the weight of body,but had no toxicity on immune systems.So it is concluded that total saponins of Panax japonicus may become a promising anticancer drug as it has significant antitumor effect.
