我国农村居民家庭财产现状与结构分析

Analysis of Rural Residents′ Family Property Situation and Structure in China

利用2012年农村居民家庭实地调查的样本数据,详细描绘了我国农村居民家庭的财产分布,分析了农村贫富差距现状、家庭资产的构成和主要特征.并从户主特征角度探讨了年龄、受教育程度、专业技能、外出务工经历、社会政治资本等因素对家庭财产的影响.调查数据表明:户主的受教育程度、外出务工经历、社会政治资本、专业技能等对农村居民家庭财产积累有正面影响;农村居民家庭财产分布符合生命周期理论.

According to the sample data derived from a survey of rural residents′families,this paper describes rural residents′ family property distribution in detail,analyzes the situation of gap of wealth,the structure and main characteristics of family property.Some influential factors to family property such as age,educational level,professional skill,work experience and political capital in society are discussed in terms of the features of householders.The survey data indicates that householders′ educational level,outgoing-work experience,political capital in society and professional skill have positive effects on the accumulation of residents′ family property,and the distribution of rural residents′ family property is consistent with the life-cycle theory.
