以太网热敏打印机控制装置的研制

摘要 利用热敏打印机体积小、速度快、噪音低、打印清晰等优点,结合目前应用十分广泛的基于TCP/IP协议的以太网技术,设计基于以太网的热敏打印机嵌入式控制装置。本文介绍系统开发的总体方案,系统主要包括硬件设计和软件设计,硬件部分以LM3S8962为控制核心,设计打印头步进电机驱动电路,缺纸和温度检测与保护、键盘与TFT、以太网接口等电路。软件部分设计上位机人机界面、以太网通讯软件,控制装置嵌入μC/OS-II实时操作系统,进行任务的划分和应用层任务软件、文字和图形打印,以太网驱动和步进电机驱动、温度检测与保护等软件设计。 Embedded Control Device of Thermal printer based on Ethernet Network would be useful, as Thermal printer has certain advantages like smaller size, higher speed, lower noise, print more clearly etc. , accompanied by current trade that Ethernet technology based on TCP/IP protocol has been applied widely and frequently. The overall design plan of Eth- ernet Thermal Printer on Control Device has been introduced in paper, and hardware design and software design are in top priority. In terms of hardware design, during hardware system, with LM3S8962 as its design corn, certain circuits, such as the stepping motor driver circuit of printing head, the temperature detection and low paper detection circuit, keyboard and TFT and the Ethernet Interface etc. have been designed. Turing to the software design, host computer inter{ace and Ether- net communication software have been designed as well as Control Devices embedded g C/OS--II real-time operating system. Moreover the division of task, the print of task software, character and graph on application layer, drive of Ethernet and stepper motor, the temperature detection and protection have also been designed adding to the software design.
