摘要
分析简阳大耳山羊不同年龄、不同性别组微量元素变化情况,为简阳大耳山羊粪尿处理及制订饲养标准提供参考.按性别、年龄分成四组,并运用ICP-OES测量山羊粪尿中微量元素Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Se、Co、Sn、V、Ni含量,成年组山羊粪中微量元素Fe、Cu、Zn、Ni低于1岁山羊组幼年组山羊(P<0.01),Mn、Se、Co、Sn、V显著低于幼年组(P<0.05);Mo无显著差异.成年组山羊尿中微量元素含量Fe、Cu、Zn、Sn低于幼年组(P<0.01).Mn、Se、Co、V、Ni显著高于幼年组(P<0.05),Mo无显著差异.公山羊组粪中Fe、Mn、Zn、Se、Sn、Ni高于母山羊组(P<0.01);Cu含量后者高于前者(P<0.01);Mo、Co、V含量高于后者(P<0.05);公山羊尿中微量元素含量Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn、Sn、Ni含量均低于母山羊(P<0.05);Mo、Co无显著差异.结论,不同年龄、性别间简阳大耳山羊粪、尿中微量元素含量差异较大.
To provide a reference for future production of Jianyang big-eared goats, this paper analyses the changes in trace element contents in Jianyang big-eared goat's faeces & urine in different ages and gender groups. Test groups are divided into four groups, and ICP-OES 6300 radial instrument is used to measure the elements of iron, copper, manganese, zinc, selenium, cobalt, molybdenum, vanadium and nickel. The results show that the trace elements of Fe, Cu, Zn, Ni in adult goat feces are less than those in the young goat group (P〈0.01) of I years old goats, and Mn, Se, Co, Sn, V are significantly lower than those of young group. There is no significant difference in Mo. The trace element contents of Fe, Cu, Zn, Sn in adult group goat urine are lower than those in young group (P〈0.01). Mn, Se, Co, V, Ni are significantly higher than those in young group (P〈0.05). There is no significant difference in Mo. Mn, Fe group Zn, Se, Sn, Ni in the goat faeces are higher than those in female group goat(P〈0.01); the contents of Cu are higher than the former (P〈0.01); Mo, Co, V are higher than the latter (P〈0.05); trace element contents of Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn, Sn, Ni levels in goat urine are lower than those in the female group goats (P〈0.05); there is no significant difference in Mo, Co. The contents of trace element contents differ greatly among different ages and genders of Jianyang big-eared goats.
