摘要
为探讨藏系绵羊贾洛类群的起源、进化和遗传多样性,通过对贾洛类群、阿勒泰羊、新疆细毛羊三个群体51只绵羊的线粒体DNA D-LOOP区全序列进行测序分析.结果表明:51条序列长度范围为1032-1331bp,以1181bp为主(含4个75bp重复序列),A%+T%含量大于G%+C%含量,贾洛类群与阿勒泰羊亲缘关系较近,三个绵羊群体有3个独立的母系起源,没有发现羱羊对臧系绵羊贾洛类群、阿勒泰羊、新疆细毛羊起源有贡献的证据.
In order to investigate the origin, evolution and genetic diversity of Jialuo subbreeds of Tibetan sheep, this paper analyses 51 sheep mitochondrial DNA D-LOOP region of the three groups of the Jialuo groups, Aletai, Xinjiang fine-wool sheep. The results show that the length of the 51 sequences ranges 1032-1331bp, mainly 1181bp ( including repeats of 75bp), A%+T% is higher than G%+C%, Jialuo groups are very closely related to Aletai sheep, the three sheep populations derive from three independent maternal origins. There is no evidence that Ovis ammon argali has ary contribution to origin of Jialuo groups, Aletai sheep and Xinjiang fine-wool sheep.
