摘要
具有高组织公平感的员工会相对地提高其工作满意度及工作绩效,而同事公平作为多视角公平中的一个来源,也能够改善员工工作中的心理及行为.通过问卷调研,分析了企业员工同事公平与工作结果的关系,结果显示:同事公平能够正向影响工作结果,团队内信任对工作结果也有显著的影响;其中,团队内信任在同事公平与工作结果的关系中起中介作用.
Employees with higher organizational justice will improve their job satisfaction and job performance, lntra-unit justice, as a source of multi-feel justice, should improve employees' working in psychological and behavioral sense. This thesis analyzes relationship between employees' intra-unit justice and working result by questionnaire survey, and the result shows that Intra-unit justice has a positive impact on working results, while team trust has a significant impact on working results, and that team trust is the mediating variable between intra-unit justice and working results.
