西藏小型猪全身辐射后淋巴结早期损伤效应 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨西藏小型猪全身辐射后淋巴结和外周血淋巴细胞早期损伤效应。方法将48头西藏小型猪随机分成6组,分别接受0、2、5、8、11和14 Gy的全身辐射,辐射后接受6、24和72 h 3个不同时间点的观察,同时接受组织学和凋亡分析。结果组织学观察证实淋巴结淋巴细胞计数随剂量增加及观察时间的延长而下降。电镜观察发现11 Gy以下辐射见明显的凋亡细胞而14 Gy辐射见典型的组织坏死。凋亡分析显示2~11Gy凋亡率呈明显剂量-时间效应,于11 Gy照射后24 h达峰值(38.71±1.64)%。外周血淋巴细胞计数随辐射剂量增加及观察时间的延长明显下降,于14 Gy辐射后72 h达最低值(0.06±0.01)×109.L-1。结论 11 Gy辐射以下及辐射后24 h以内淋巴结淋巴细胞损伤呈剂量-时间效应,同时,11 Gy以下淋巴细胞以凋亡为主,而14 Gy辐射主要诱导淋巴细胞坏死。
