多胎妊娠孕早期胚芽抽吸减胎术的护理 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨多胎妊娠减胎术的护理措施及其对母婴预后的影响。方法对实施辅助生殖助孕治疗的82例多胎减胎患者,实行多种护理联合护理的方式,包括专业护理以及术前术中的心理护理,术后的舒适护理,出院后指导患者进行放松训练。结果 82例患者全部减胎成功,均未发生感染。18例减胎后流产;另1例因其他疾病予药物治疗后行引产术。共分娩52例。另11例尚在继续妊娠中。结论在早期B超引导下行选择性减胎术是一种操作简单、安全有效的补救性方法,可以减少多胎妊娠的并发症,通过多种护理方法联合护理的措施,可以使医患同时受益,并获得了良好的临床结局。
