乌溪江水情测报系统双通道通信模式改造

摘要 为了解决原乌溪江水情自动测报系统通信方式单一的问题,使系统更加符合规范要求,对系统进行了增设短信通道的建设,实现系统双通道通信模式。对系统双通道的建设配置、运行情况、优缺点、取得的成效及目前存在的问题进行了分析并提出了建议。改造后的水情自动测报系统提高了运行的稳定性和可靠性,为进一步提高洪水预报精度提供了保证,可为水电厂的经济运行和防汛抗旱提供指导,更好地满足了水库防汛和科学调度的需要。 In order to solve the problem of single communication mode of the Wuxijiang water regimen measuring and reporting system and to make the system to conform to the specification,the short message channel was constructed additionally in the system,and the system dual channel communication mode was realized.The construction configuration,the operation,the advantages and disadvantages,the obtained results and existing problems of the system dual channel were analyzed,and some suggestions were put forward.After reformation,the stability and the reliability of operation of the water regimen measuring and reporting system were improved,which provides a guarantee for improving the flood forecasting accuracy and leading function for economic operation of the hydropower plant and the flood control and drought relief,and the requirements of flood control and scientific dispatching of the reservoir were satisfied preferably.
