血清CysC和RBP联合检测在糖尿病早期肾损害中的应用

Application of detection of the serum CysC and RBP for early renal damage

目的:探讨血清CysC和RBP检测对糖尿病早期肾损害的研究。方法:选择检测96例糖尿病患者(病例组)和60例健康者(对照组)进行血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)和血清视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)的检测。结果:糖尿病(DM)患者血CysC和RBP与健康者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),血清CysC和RBP水平呈正相关(r为0.63,P<0.001)。结论:血CysC和RBP对于糖尿病早期肾损害的诊断具有重要意义,二者联合检测可提高对糖尿病早期肾损害的阳性率。

Objective To investigate the serum CysC and RBP detection for early renal damage due to diabetes research.Method Detected 96 cases of diabetic patients（cases group） and 60 healthy people（control group） by serum cystatin C（CysC） and serum retinol binding protein（RBP） and had the detection result of diabetes mellitus（DM） in blood of patients with CysC and omparison of RBP the healthy subjects,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）,serum CysC and RBP levels were positively correlated（r=0.63,P0.001）.Conclusion The blood CysC and RBP for diagnosis of early renal damage in diabetes mellitus has important significance,two combined detection can improve the positive rate of early renal damage in diabetes.Results CysC and RBP in the DM patients compared with healthy patients,and had the detection result of diabetes mellitus（DM） in the blood of patients with CysC and omparison of RBP and healthy subjects.
