腹腔镜与小切口胆囊切除术临床对比分析

Clinical comparison of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and small-incision open cholecystectomy

目的:探讨腹腔镜与小切口胆囊切除术的利弊。方法:将急性结石性胆囊炎、胆囊结石、胆囊息肉患者各60例随机分为腹腔镜胆囊切除组(LC)和小切口胆囊切除组(MC),每组30例。对比分析手术切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、住院费用。结果:急性结石性胆囊炎患者LC与MC临床对比差异无显著性,但胆囊结石、胆囊息肉患者LC与MC临床对比差异性显著,在住院费用上两者有明显差异性。结论:两种术式各有优缺点,应根据患者具体病情及术者经验,选择适合的术式,发挥其优点,真正为患者服务。

Objective To analyze the advantages and disadvantages of laparoscope cholecystectomy and mini-incision cholecystectomy.Method 60 patients with acute cholecystitis or gallbladder calculus or gallbladder polyp were randomly divided into the laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC） group and mini-incision the cholecystectomy（MC） group,each with 30 examples.Contrasts in its incision lengths,duration（time） of operation,amount of intraoperative bleeding,time and expense of hospitalization.Results Both of laparoscope and mini-incision cholecystectomy were no significant difference in acute cholecystitis.But there was significant difference in gallbladder calculus or gallbladder polyp between the two groups.The medical expenses of the patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were higher than those of the patients with mini-incision cholecystectomy.Conclusion There is no significant overall advantages of one method over the other.An appropriate choice for the method of cholecystectomy should be made based on the condition of patients,and the experience of surgeon to serve patients.
