踝臂指数、血尿酸及颈动脉内膜中层厚度与2型糖尿病脑梗死相关性分析

The correlation of ABI,UA and CIMT in T2DM patients with CI

目的:探讨踝臂指数(ABI)、血尿酸(UA)及颈动脉内膜中层厚度(CIMT)与2型糖尿病脑梗死(T2DMCI)相关性。方法:测定并分析2型糖尿病(T2DM)组患者、2型糖尿病合并脑梗死(T2DMCI)组患者及对照组的踝臂指数、血尿酸及颈动脉内膜中层厚度。结果:T2DMCI组及T2DM组UA、CIMT均高于对照组,ABI则低于对照组。结论:踝臂指数、血尿酸及颈动脉内膜中层厚度与2型糖尿病患者并发脑梗死密切相关,可作为预测指标。

Objective To investigate the relationships between the ankle brachial index,serum uric acid and carotid intima-media thickness in type 2 diabetic patients complicated with cerebral infarction.Method The research subjects were divided into T2DM group,T2DMCI group and non-T2DM group.Measured and diagnosed the ABI,CIMT and the level of UA.Results The UA and CIMT of T2DM group and T2DMCI group were higher than those of non-T2DM group.The ABI of T2DM group and T2DMCI group were lowerer than that of non-T2DM group.Conclusion ABI,UA and CIMT are associated with cerebral infarction among type 2 diabetic patients and can be useful tools for evaluating the risk.
