孕妇及亲属共同参加的产前教育模式对产褥期护理效果的观察

Observation on the efficacy of perineum care with antepartum educative pattern participation with gravida and kinsfolk

目的:探讨对孕产妇及亲属实施产前健康教育对产褥期护理质量的影响。方法:将200例孕妇随机分成对照组100例和观察组100例。对照组采用常规方法即由孕妇来孕妇学校上课;观察组由孕妇及亲属(孕妇生产后将负责护理的人)同来孕妇学校上课。评估并记录产褥期产妇休养环境,饮食结构,活动情况,个人卫生,新生儿情况,产妇情绪等。结果:观察组产褥期产妇休养环境,饮食结构,活动情况,个人卫生,新生儿情况,产妇情绪等方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论:产妇及亲属共同接受产前教育能有效地改变传统的不良产褥期护理陋习,提高产褥期护理质量,使母婴均得到科学健康的护理。

Objective To evaluate the effect of perineum care with antepartum educative pattern participation with gravida and kinsfolk.Method 200 gravidas were randomly divided into control group with 100 cases and observation group with 100 cases.Gravida took lessons in pregnant school in control group.Gravida and kinsfolk who were in charge of nursing together took lessons in pregnant school in observation group.Recreational environment of puerperous puerperal,dietetic structure,activities,individual hygiene,neonatal status,emotions of puerpera were evaluated and recorded.Results Recreational environment of puerperous puerperal,dietetic structure,activities,individual hygiene,neonatal status,emotions of puerpera in observation group obviously had an advantage in control group and had distinguished statistical significance（P0.01）.Conclusion Antepartum educative pattern participation with gravida and kinsfolk could efficiently alter traditionary bad habits of perineum care and improve the quality of perineum care.Puerpera and infan could obtain scientific and healthy nursing.
