摘要
在电信行业的发展中,如何吸引新客户并挽留老客户,是运营商面临的首要问题,营销案则属于运营商的主要手段,通过赠送费用吸引新老客户参与,通过营销案的执行周期挽留老用户。随着社会不断的发展,运营商之间的竞争关系不断强化,营销案也逐渐多样化、个性化。原有的系统模型很难满足不断发展的营销案要求,亟需对营销案有一个整体、统一的规划和实施。建立一种统一的、高效的、可配置的平台弥补现有平台维护开销大、开发周期长、功能单一化的不足来满足营销案不断发展的要求已势在必行。
In the development of the telecommunications, the most important problem the carrier faced is how to attract the new customers and keep the original ones. The marketing case is a main method used by carriers, which attracts fresh and old customers by giving presented calls and retains customers by the execution cycle of the marketing cases.Along with the development of society, the competitive relationships between the carriers are intensified incessantly, and the marketing case gradually becomes diversified and personalized.In order to meet the requirement of the continuous development of the marketing case, the integral and unified planning and implement for the mar- keting case is needed to be addressed urgently.It's imperative to build a kind of unified, efficient and configurable platform which can meet the requirement of marketing case to make up the problems of overhead maintenance, a long development cycle and insufficient single of the existed ones.
