摘要
苦瓜作为一种药食两用植物,含有皂苷、黄酮、多糖和多肽类等多种具有天然生物活性成分,起到良好的保健功能,其中降血糖作用是苦瓜最重要的功能之一。本文就苦瓜中的主要活性成分的性质及降糖活性以及降血糖机理展开综述,以期能促进苦瓜产品开发与相关基础研究的开展。
As a medicinal and edible plant, balsam pear containing many varieties of natural active components, such as saponins, flavon in health care, which hypoglycemic ef hypoglycemic activities and mechanism of products and basic reach about bals of main active components were reviewed for the development am pear.
