螺旋CT和磁共振成像诊断小肝癌的效果对比 被引量:13

摘要 临床上多采取螺旋CT增强扫描或磁共振成像(MRI)动态增强扫描的检查方法对小肝癌进行早期诊断,本研究对术前行螺旋CT和MRI扫描并经病理证实的56例小肝癌影像资料进行分析,对比2种方法诊断小肝癌的效果。
