人工流产术毕放置左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统60例分析 被引量：1

摘要 左炔诺孕酮官内节育系统（LNG-IUS）商品名为曼月乐，为白色／类白色筒状物，架在T状体上，外罩不透明的套管，T状体的一端上有一小环，小环上系有取出尾丝，另一端为两臂。在官腔内主要发挥局部孕激素作用，使月经血量减少、缓解痛经，还通过改变子宫和输卵管的局部内环境抑制了精子的活动与功能，防止了受精。临床上治疗妇科疾病，如功能失调性子宫出血、
