紫杉醇联合顺铂5-FU治疗原发灶不明恶性肿瘤一例分析

摘要 原发灶不明恶性肿瘤（unknown primary tumor，UPT）是一种异源性发生的，首先表现为转移性病灶、确诊时找不到原发灶的一类恶性肿瘤，既往称之为原发灶不明的转移癌、来源不明的转移癌（MUO）、隐匿性癌等。其发病率约占实体瘤的2．3％～42％，文献E33报道，UPT的中位生存时间仅为4．8个月。本科近年收治1例UPT伴全身多发转移患者，报告如下。
