摘要
本文主要以石墨材料在钽电解电容器二氧化锰阴极层上的被覆使用为背景,分别讨论了在不同石墨材料的固体含量、固化温度等实验条件下对钽电解电容器样品电性参数之间的对比影响,试验结果表明:石墨固体含量为5.0±X%、固化温度为165±y℃/45min时为石墨作为阴极材料使用的最佳被覆工艺条件,样品电性参数明显改善。而作为阴极材料使用的过程中,发现石墨溶液的PH值大小非常重要,对样品电性的影响很大,当PH值为11~13左右时为理想使用参数。
