基于毕业生调查分析 谈高职经管类学生的综合培养

The Cultivation of Vocational College Students Majored in Economics and Management Based on the Analysis of Graduate Survey

文章通过对高职院校经管类6个专业毕业生关于工作满意度、薪酬、能力胜任等情况的调研结果进行归纳分析后,认为高职院校要努力营造学校的学习氛围,保持适度严格的学生管理,将思想政治工作融入学生的学习和生活全过程,创新完善教学内容与方法,双向并行提升学生环境适应与专业胜任能力,提高学生的社会适应能力。

Through analyzing a survey on job satisfaction, payment and professional competence of vocational college graduates of six majors in the department of economics and management, this article holds that vocational colleges should strive to create a learning environment, maintain a moderately strict student management, integrate ideological and political education into the whole process of students＇ learning and school life, innovatively improve the content and methods of teaching, and enhance students＇ environment adaptability and professional competence so as to improve their social adaptability.
