高职院校发展新阶段的内涵建设与实践研究

Study on Connotation Construction and Practice of Higher Vocational College in the New Stage

我国高职教育在实现了办学规模扩张后,必然进入加强内涵建设,提升办学质量的新阶段。笔者首先概括了加强高职院校内涵建设的重要性,然后从明确办学目标定位、加强教师队伍建设、构建特色专业群、深化课程改革、创新人才培养模式等方面进行了阐述。

Higher vocational colleges have entered a new stage of strengthening the connotation constru- ction and improving teaching quality after realizing the expansion in the scope. In this article the author starts out the importance of improving the connotation construction in higher vocational colleges, and then gives vivid illustrations from the aspects of constructing modern vocational education system, strengthening teacher faculty construction, promoting reform of specialty and curriculum, and creating a new mode of training talents in vocational colleges.
