摘要
建立了某型号刮板输送机哑铃销的有限元模型,并对所建模型进行了有限元分析,研究哑铃销在液压支架推移中部槽过程中的结构应力情况。结果表明,该组件结构合理,有应力集中现象,有进一步优化的空间。
The finite element model of the dumb-bell pin of a certain type of scraper conveyor has been made, and the relevant FEA of the module has been made. The structural stress of the dumb-bell pin, working in the moving of chute of hydraulic support, has been studied as well. And the structure of the pin, as the result shows, is rational, however ,with stress concentration there is still room for optimizing.
