摘要
针对在生产高压橡胶管时钢丝缠绕工艺过程中钢丝缠绕所发生的工艺问题,而研制的预成型装置的作用和设计方法。其主要作用是消除钢丝的自然抵抗力,使得钢丝的增强效果得到最大发挥。
To the production of high pressure rubber tube , the preforming devices and methods of design are developed for thetechnical problem in the process of steel wire winding. Its function could eliminate the natural resistance of the steel wire and in order to get the biggest enhancement effect of steel wire.
