摘要 目前,我国数控冲床在性能上、品质上得到了提高,由于数控冲床有适应性强、提高生产率、加工精度高等特点,因此广泛应用数控冲床解决钣金加工中的批量大、形状复杂、精度高等问题。数控冲床在生产中的应用,大大提高了钣金加工能力、使钣金件在质量上、产量上得到保证的同时,也大大降低了工人的劳动强度。 Currently, the performance and quality of the NC punching machine in China have been improved. The NCT is widely used because the NC punching machine has the advantages of better adaptability, increasing productivity, higher process precision. NCT solved the problems of large batch, complex shape and the requirement of higher precision in the process of metal plate working. The application of NC punching machine in the procuction improved metal plate working ability considerably, ensuring the quality and output of workpiece, meanwhile reducing the labour intensity of the workers increasingly.
