摘要
基于普通车床的工作结构特性,改装设计为车床拉削装置,能对发射筒膛线长孔进行仿形拉削加工。这种利用简单设备完成孔内长槽的加工方法,对于缺乏数控设备的生产部门有一定的实际意义。
Introduce a broaching device based on a general purpose lathe. The device can broach long slot in the inner hole and is used in manufacturing the profile of the rocket launcher. The broaching device has practical use in the slotting process, especially when the manufactory is short of CNC milling machines.
