摘要
在高速切削时,由于刀具或刀柄的不平衡而产生的离心力会使机床产生振动,从而影响工件的加工精度和表面质量以及影响主轴轴承和切削刀具的使用寿命,因此,进行刀具系统的平衡尤为必要。目前,对于旋转体的平衡,其衡量标准通常采用G标准。通过分析G标准衡量刀具系统平衡时存在的种种问题,同时也给出了其解决办法。
The centrifugal force produced by imbalance of tools or tool shanks in high-speed cutting will cause machine to vibrate, which will affect the machining precision and the surface quality of work pieces and the surface life of spindle bearings and cutting tools. Therefore, it is necessary to balance the tool system. At present, G standard is usually used to measure the balance of revolvers. The problems which exist in balancing of tool system weighed by G standard are analyzed, and the resolutions are also put forward to in this article.
