It aims to build a tight, efficient, fast quality information feedback processes in this paper. Make timely collection and processing on the quality information. Ensure the quality information delivers and communicates efficiently among the various department. Make deci- sions for leaders and take corrective measures for design and craft personnel. Provide quality information timely, so as to achiece the purposes of early controling and improving product quality and enterprise management.
