摘要
随着世界经济的发展,市场信息瞬息万变,企业为适应当今经济环境的变化,就必须提高企业的核心竞争力。从质量管理系统的角度思考,就如何在新的经济环境下,有效地运用ISO/TS16949标准的管理工具,充分利用质量管理信息,解决质量管理系统中的实际问题,最终提高企业管理的效率和有效性等方面作了叙述。
