摘要
分析了工业工程人才培养的现状,研究了面向应用的工业工程人才培养目标和规格,探讨了面向应用的课程体系,并以襄樊学院为例,介绍了人才培养方案的应用情况和经验。
The current status of personnel training modes for IE in domestic university was analyzed in the paper. A training model application oriented was present in the study ,and the training goat, specification and course system were studied. As an example, the experience of xiangfan university was introduced.
