热连轧工作辊的失效分析研究

Research on Failure Analysis of Hot-rolling Working Roll

针对热连轧工作辊使用中经常出现的失效形式,从理论上分析了工作辊失效的原因,并提出了相应的预防方法,并结合某生产现场的工作案例,采取相应的防范措施,并取得了效果。这些有益的经验,对工作辊的正常使用,具有一定的指导意义,值得推广应用。

Analyzed the failure cause of working roll in theory, and corresponding preventive method was proposed, aimed at the failure forms of Hot-rolling working roll on process. Corresponding measures were provided based on working cases of production site. This helpful experi- ence has certain direct effect on the normal using of working roll, and diverse popularized and application.
