一种带有自适应变异的双种群优化算法

摘要 提出一种带有自适应变异的双种群算法(ATPSO),通过采用两个带有不同惯性权重的子群扩大搜索范围,并借鉴遗传算法的杂交机制和自适应变异,加快算法的收敛速度,提高算法跳出局部最优进行全局搜索的能力。实验结果表明,新算法较好地改善了标准PSO算法性能。 Two Subpopulation Swarm PSO Algorithm with Adaptive Mutation(ATPSO) was proposes. The search range of the algorithm was ex- tended through the two subpopulation swarm, which have different inertia weight. It also adopts the crossbreeding mechanism in genetic algo- rithm, and adaptive global optimum mutation to accelerate the optimization convergence and improve the search capabilities of particles. Ex- periment results have shown that the ATPSO can greatly improve the ability of PSO.
